Following graduation at Northern Arizona University in 1987, Troy joined the agency as the Personal Insurance Manager. Troy received his *Certified Insurance Counselor's designation in 1990. He is current President and third generation owner of the agency
Laura Ann Keith - Customer Service Representative
Laura Ann joined Jones-Wilson in 1977. Her more than 20 years experience is primarily aimed at fast, professional claims service. She also provides notary and bonding services for agency customers. Laura Ann maintains the **Certified Insurance Service Representative designation.
Janet Teague - Customer Service Representative
Janet began her career at Jones-Wilson in 1978. She also has more than 20 years of experience and directs her energy in the area of personal insurance services. Janet also maintains the **Certified Insurance Service Representative designation.

* Certified Insurance Counselor - 5 three-day classes with test. Annual requirement to attend one additional class to maintain.
